Summer Story Contest

Call for Submission: 

Chess for Unity invites k-12 chess players to submit a memorable story that occurred during their chess journey. One of the following topics can be chosen for submission:

  1. Describe your most memorable tournament and how it affected your chess career. 
  2. What is the meaning behind each chess piece and what piece do you relate to the most? 
  3. Why do you feel that chess is your passion?       

Definitely, you can write about any story as long as it’s related to your chess journey. The deadline is by 11:59 PM ET on 9/18/2022
